Noticeon the latest visa acceptance and handling methods of the ChineseEmbassy in Thailand有关我国驻泰国大使馆新一代立案签证及办理形式的通告Accordingto the domestic notice, the Chinese Embassy in Thailand will acceptthe following visa applications from now on:依照亚洲地区通告，我国驻泰国大使馆从即日起立案如下表所示签证提出申请：I.Acceptance scope一、立案覆盖范围(i)Q1, Q2 visa（一）Q1、Q2字签证Issuedto: family members of Chinese citizens who are reunited or visitingrelatives in China, or family members of foreigners with permanentresidence status in China, including spouses, parents, parents ofspouses, childrens spouses, brothers and sisters, grandparents,maternal grandparents, grandchildren and grandchildren.颁授第一类：出境团圆或携眷的我国国民配偶，或具备我国永久性入籍资格证书的外籍人士配偶，主要包括嫡系亲属、双亲、嫡系亲属双亲、配偶、配偶嫡系亲属、弟妹、祖双亲、外祖双亲、孙配偶和外孙配偶。Mainapplication materials: invitation letters issued by Chinese citizensand foreigners holding permanent residence permits; Proof of kinship;A copy of the Chinese identity certificate of the invitee or a copyof the foreigners passport and Chinas permanent residence permit.主要就申报材料：我国国民和持外籍人士永久性入籍相关人员开具的信函；血缘关系断定；应邀人的我国身份断定原件或外籍人士证件及我国永久性入籍原件。(ii)M visa（二）M字签证Issuedto: entry personnel engaged in necessary economic and tradeactivities.颁授第一类：出境专门从事必要性经贸合作公益活动相关人员。Mainapplication materials: the invitation letter issued by the domesticinvitation unit in China (indicating the contact person and mobilephone number of the domestic invitation unit).主要就申报材料：我国亚洲地区应邀基层单位开具的信函（标明亚洲地区应邀基层单位联络人和联系形式）。(iii)F visa（三）F字签证Issuedto: inbound personnel engaged in important exchanges, visits,inspections and other non-commercial activities.颁授第一类：出境专门从事关键沟通交流、出访、实地考察等商业性公益活动相关人员。Mainapplication materials: the invitation letter issued by the domesticinvitation unit in China must be submitted.主要就申报材料：须递交我国亚洲地区应邀基层单位开具的信函。(iv)Z visa（四）Z字签证Issuedto: people who come to work in China.颁授第一类：出境组织工作相关人员。Mainapplication materials: Notice on work permit for foreigners主要就申报材料：《外籍人士组织工作许可证通告》。(v)S1 and S2 visa（五）S1、S2字签证Issuedto: the immediate family members of foreigners who come to China forlong-term or short-term visits and stay in China due to work,including spouses, parents, parents of spouses and children under theage of 18.颁授第一类：出境长年或中长年携眷的因组织工作在我国全境入籍的外籍人士的嫡系亲属，主要包括嫡系亲属、双亲、嫡系亲属双亲和未满18岁配偶。Mainapplication materials: invitation letter issued by the invitee; Proofof kinship; Copies of the passport and residence certificate of theinvitee主要就申报材料：应邀人开具的信函；血缘关系断定；应邀人的的证件及入籍件原件。(v)C visa（五）C字签证 Issuedto: crew members and crew members who enter the country to performcrew, aviation and shipping tasks.颁授第一类：出境继续执行机务、国际航空、海运任务的机组相关人员和船员。Mainapplication materials: letter of guarantee issued by foreigntransportation companies or invitation letter issued by relevantunits in China主要就申报材料：外国运输公司开具的担保函或我国全境有关基层单位开具的信函。(vi)R visa（六）R字签证Meetthe conditions and requirements for the introduction of foreignhigh-level talents and urgently needed specialized talents determinedby the relevant competent departments of the Chinese government, andsubmit corresponding supporting materials in accordance with theregulations.符合我国 *** 有关主管部门确定的外国高层次人才和急需紧缺专门人才的引进条件和要求，并按照规定递交相应的断定材料。II.Application process and processing time limit二、申办流程和办理时限Pleaselogin in advance for visa applicants (excluding visa applicants fromHong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macao SpecialAdministrative Region) https://visaforchina.org Fill in the visaapplication form online and make an appointment online. After makingan appointment, please print out the confirmation page and form, signon the confirmation page, and submit your passport and otherapplication materials to the China visa application service center inBangkok according to the appointment time. The processing time limitis one week (it will be automatically postponed in case of Sino Thailegal holidays). To apply for an emergency humanitarian visa,including mourning, visiting critically ill relatives, or applyingfor other types of visas for urgent reasons, please email in advanceto bangkokcentre@visaforchina.org apply.请签证提出申请人（不含香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区签证提出申请人）提前登录https://visaforchina.org在线填写签证提出申请表，并在线预约办理时间。预约后请打印出确认页及表格并在确认页上签字，按照预约时间携带证件及其他申签材料一并递交至曼谷我国签证提出申请服务中心。办理时限为一周（遇有中泰法定节假日自动顺延）。提出申请紧急人道主义签证，主要包括奔丧、探望危重病亲属，或确有紧急必要性事由提出申请其他种类签证，请提前邮件至bangkokcentre@visaforchina.org提出申请。Theembassy will accept and decide whether to issue relevant visasaccording to the actual situation of the applicant.大使馆将依照提出申请人实际情况立案并决定是否审发相关签证。
